I must say, it was absolutely refreshing to have experienced such a courteous and professional visit. Although you were my second new patient dental visit today, you are definitely my first choice for all services moving forward. Michelle was very accommodating and seamless with my registration. Naya’s directions and instructions were communicated clearly. The process was smooth, especially with their equipment. Paulina, wow! She had me be the dentist along with her. What she saw, I could see in real time. She was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Undeniable integrity! I was never alone for a long period of time and she thoroughly explained the “why” to the necessary course of action. She was on the money! and the money will be well spent! I am confident in my selection of Palm City Dental Arts as my provider. The gentleman who completed my check out had a great sense of humor as well. I left with a smile. Ha ha! ​I had a fantastic first experience at Palm City Dental Arts. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and thorough, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.The reception staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, welcoming me to the office and I immediately felt comfortable feeling that I made the right choice in selecting Palm City Dental Arts The facility is beautiful & spotless inside, and the staff uses the latest technology to ensure a gentle and efficient visit. Upon arrival, Nya took all the appropriate x-rays for a new patient and she could not have been more affable. Karen, my hygienist took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and answered all my questions with patience. She performed an extraordinary cleaning and highlighted necessary steps for maintaining good oral health. Sarah was very kind and also was there to explain each step in the new patient evaluation process. Dr. Pichardo is outstanding and I am extremely grateful for finding her and her practice to take care of all my dental needs.
