After a difficult experience at another dental facility in Palm Beach Gardens that portrays themselves as "holistic", I can honestly say that finding Palm City Dental Arts has been a blessing. It’s remarkable that what I needed all along was located right here in Palm City. The difference between my past experience and this one is like night and day.
The office itself is beautiful, modern, and extremely well maintained. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Michelle and Tommy at the front desk, and they couldn’t be kinder or more welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism immediately put you at ease.
Dr. Pichardo is truly outstanding. She is thorough, careful, and incredibly precise in her work. She takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you understand each step. After what I went through previously, this level of attentiveness and care means more to me than I can put into words. Her assistants, Samantha and Sarah, deserve special mention as well — they’ve been incredibly thorough, gentle, and thoughtful throughout my treatment.
